If I could give them no stars I would still waiting to see if they even filed my taxes can't get anyone to do what they say they're going to do just terrible
Horrible place and it's not the company it's the employees I still have yet to receive my check I filed in April I told them the first day everything they needed told me i didnt need anything but my w2 received letter in mail telling me the info I told the employee he needed is what is left to send in, took me a month to finally contact them lied and told me they have been trying to reach me they are never in the office when they are supposed to be there this will be the last time I ever file with liberty tax I would rather do it myself. TURBO TAX ALL THE WAY.
