I got side-ended a while ago causing minor damage to the rear quarter panel and rim on my 03 Acura. The at fault driver's insurance company said that they would cover and guarantee the work if I took it to one of their shops. The first option was to take my Acura to a ford dealership...that wasn't going to happen. 64 West was the second option. It may have taken a month for the insurance company to get in contact with me, but it certainly didn't take 64 West that long. Five minutes after I got off the phone with the insurance company, Mike from 64 was calling me to set an appointment. They told us right up front what to expect about everything, were quick to put us at ease, and very friendly to work with. When I got the car back it was in BETTER condition than it was before the accident! Even the interior (which had nothing to do with the incident) had been detailed. Outstanding work, and even better customer service.
