Absolutely Horrible, I have never been so frustrated with a Doctor's Office as much as I am with this office!!! First of all it is impossible to speak with someone without waiting on hold for 45 mins first, my physician prescribes a medication and then when I need it they make it impossible to get. I would never recommend this office to another patient, what ever happened to actually caring for your patients?
We moved here 6 months ago and I became ill shortly after. I found this doctor through my insurance. The center looks new, clean, and up to date with their equipment and supplies. The people in the front were very nice and all the nurses and personnel were great. I loved Dr. Kendra Hall-Franks who was so knowledgeable and helpful when I was sick. I chose her for my primary care doctor, however she abruptly left this center and now I'm having a difficult time finding a doctor of her caliber.
been waiting 10 days for my prescriptions . definite lack of communications in office.
I've been a patient of Dr Geldart since 1973. I have always had great service and love all the girls in the office. I will continue to go to this office as long as they are here.
