Saturday, February 13, 2016 around Noon, I ordered the FTD True Romance Rose Bouquet to be delivered to my wife for Valentines Day. My confirmation email stated they were to be delivered the same day, 2/13/16.

I decided to take flowers to Ridge Florist because their Website stated 100% satisfaction guarantee. The florist again stated that Ridge Florist was not responsible and would not refund money. We ended up with a dozen red roses to satisfy their guarantee.

You will not get a refund, regardless if you think you should.

So, from this day forward there will never be another order made to this unfriendly florist. Yes, I might be calling from New York State and not able to personally speak to you, but, the business I hope you will lose from my word of mouth will be huge.

I would not recommend Ridge Florist to anyone.

This was the second time Ridge Florist has delivered unacceptable flowers and it will be the last.

The flowers were delivered Sunday afternoon, 2/14/16 at about 1:00 pm. The flowers could not begin to resemble what I ordered. They were missing 1 color of rose completely, roses were wilted with browning on petals and stems, water was brown from deteriorating stems, and arraignment looked like a 12 year old assembled it. They over killed the babies breath which wasn't even supposed to be included.

HORRIBLE!!!!!

I ordered the Deep Emotions Bouquet for my Mother for Mother's Day this year. Since I live in Texas, I wasn't able to visit the florist in person to see what kind of shop they have, so I had to do all my ordering over the phone. Well, Mom just sent me a thank you text with a picture of the flowers she received, and what she got looked NOTHING like what I ordered. The Deep Emotions Bouquet has 2 different colors of roses, fuchsia and peach, and also 2 different sizes, mini and regular. The vase on the picture was a small, square vase. Mom received a bouquet of at least 7 different colors of large roses, no mini roses, and some weird green things. The vase was tall and rounded. I am not at all pleased and will be posting this same review on as many sites as I can.

I have never been more disappointed or treated so poorly by a business in my entire life. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my godparents at Reflections on the Lake and they were delivered in terrible condition. After several phone calls and promises to have my calls returned, they never were.

Nothing u want is there it's like u have to order it in advanced to have something.

At 10:00 pm I went to bed thinking order fell through the crack, and at least I'd get the money back.

My wife ordered a beautiful bouquet for my mother but what she recieved looked like a $10 Walmart arrangement.

I called this morning and left a voicemail with complaint. Called again this afternoon, and was told complaint would be looked at but, that Ridge Florist didn't have any control over what was ordered on Internet. I ordered through Ridge Florist and got a conformation from Ridge Florist.

We'll never buy from here again!
