We had a house fire and everything soft in our bedroom and bathroom had smoke damage. Clothing, pillows, towels, bedding, rugs, the dogs bed, curtains, dresses, suits. You name it and it was damaged. We chose Griffins dry cleaning to help us with all that. I feel like this was the ultimate test. Not only were Ray, Trey, and Mark 3 of the absolute kindest people we ever met... the pride they have in this family owned business really showed. Every single thing we got back was beautiful, clean, neat, and orderly. We feel like they treated all of our garments and textiles with the same respect as if they were their own. Our 300+ piece order was finished in just a few days also!! The bonus was their big hearts and truly kind personalities. I work in the hospitality industry. I notice and really appreciate being treated well in business establishments no matter what they are. This is a family owned company ( since 1968 I believe? ) that every town wishes they could call their own. Without a doubt the best dry cleaner we have ever used and one of the best businesses we have dealt with in general. Griffins, Thank you so much...for EVERYTHING!
They can't find my clothing and the girl in sebring is very rude and refused to do anything. I needed my clothing in the am for an event and was hung up on several times was then accused of cussing at the clerk and did not. The clerk continued to talk over me and would not listen to what I needed. She was also rude to the Avon Park clerk as well. I would love a call from the owner as he needs better help. Update the owner took his time out to personally do the cloths for me and delivered them. Thanks a bunch Ray you'll have all my business from now on.
