Brought my fur baby for grooming and had such a great experience! My pup didn’t even want to leave when I came back to pick her up. Not to mention she looked great after her visit! I can truly say we will be lifelong clients at VIP!
Bait and switch pricing scheme. Says one thing on phone then something different when you arrive at appointment. Basically said I was a list and that I don't have to bring my pets to her. I said, "you're right" and left. How can a business be conducted like this. Could explain why she is the only groomer with appointments available.
