Listen, even if I do not like the workers behind the counters, which I do, I would always buy from them because of their delivery men. Those men are the real MVP. So nice, they do beyond their job. I was so emotional, mainly because I am pregnant, 8 months, going through a lot and instead of saying no to help move somethings, they just went ahead and did it for me. And that’s a blessing to me. They are so kind hearted and I know their wives and family are proud of them. I give them 5 stars. If I could give them more I would.

I am a little skeptical because, my friend purchased a washer that stopped working like it should. She didn't have insurance on the unit, and was told nothing could be done. I know it's not Babcock's fault, but it seems like a change in their policy should take place for situations like this. Not being able to to purchase another washer without having to get another dryer, is a bit much. There's nothing wrong with the dryer she is paying for and she is stuck paying for both until she is able to get another washer, or she done paying for these items. So I will see what happens with me and my purchases. The gentleman who worked with me was very nice and professional and I think I got a good deal on everything. I will change my rating after seeing what happens with me. I believe in good customer service and I try to do my part as the consumer.
