Now that I'm a customer I can say everything is true about their 65 year old reputation. Superb selection, excellent service, and of course, competitive pricing. My sales consultant Ted M., was a real pro--listened carefully, analyzed well, and suggested appropriately. And their delivery team was top notch too. shopped at the outlet store sales person was very helpful and nice. we bought a sofa. all and all had a very nice experence with the outlet store
Great experience with this store. When we made our purchase we were shown several options in what we asked to see without the rep being pushy and trying to influence us one way or another. Delivery was scheduled and then confirmed a day ahead and the next day I got a call saying that they were on the way right when they said they would be. Thanks for being considerate of the importance of my time. We lover our new furniture!
