Took 2 phone calls to get them to come out. Seemed nice enough when they arrived but that is the last that we saw of them.
Seems that is an epidemic in Polk County. Never seen the likes of it in our 30 years of rehabbing houses. Can't get anyone to show up on time if at all and never hear from them again. Don't know how they stay in business.
